Thom has coached entrepreneurs and professionals in Japan on presentations, pitches and interviews for many years, first arriving in Japan in 1994. He works on structure, delivery and Q&A so you can speak in your own words, not a memorized script. He is also a performing bassist.

Lloyd is a consultant with a background in technology, sales and program management in the US and Japan. He coaches leaders on executive presentations, meetings and negotiation, using your real material.
Vocals and stage performance
Sheryl is a professional jazz and gospel singer who has taught music and English in Japan since 1987, including years as a music teacher and choral director at an international school. She coaches voice, confidence and live performance.
On-camera presence and self-tapes
Zach is a Tokyo-based filmmaker and writer who runs Phoenix Film Productions, from filming and editing to video and podcast production. He coaches on-camera delivery, self-tape set-up and speaking naturally on video.
